The “Submit to Win” Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Mint Workshop (“Sponsor”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Pokémon®, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform.

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Participants are automatically entered into the Contest with each paid card restoration order submitted through Mint Workshop during the Contest Period.

• Each restoration order counts as one (1) entry.
  
• Multiple orders submitted during the Contest Period will result in multiple entries.
  
• No purchase necessary where prohibited by law.

All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about March 1, 2026.

The winner may also be contacted via the email address associated with their order.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding the prize.

Sponsor will ship the prize to the winner at no cost within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once the prize has been transferred to the carrier.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with receiving the prize.

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, username, likeness, and/or order-related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, network issues, or order processing errors

• Any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use
  

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Official Rules.

Participant information will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
