Card Consultation Details
A live, 1-on-1 video call where we review your card(s) together and talk through condition, risk areas, and realistic restoration/grading goals before you ship anything.
After your submission someone will email you to schedule a consultant time and date that works for you.
Centering/edges/corners/surface overview, identifying common issues (scratches, scuffs, whitening, dents/raised edges, warping, staining), and a recommended service plan (what to do, what to avoid, and what results are reasonable).
It's not an official grading service, authentication, or a guaranteed PSA/BGS/CGC grade prediction—and it's not a substitute for insurance, declared value, or shipping protection.
We can estimate likelihoods and explain risks, but we can't guarantee outcomes (including "PSA 10," exact subgrades, or how any grading company will judge the card after restoration).
You'll join a scheduled FaceTime or Zoom call, hold the card under good lighting, and follow simple angles we request (front/back, corners, edges, surface sweeps). For best results, have a bright lamp and a clean sleeve/toploader ready.
A quick written recap of recommendations (service suggestions + priorities), any red flags to be aware of, and next-step instructions if you decide to submit the card(s).
