How to Submit Your Cards
1) Print your Order Number (required)
- On a paper slip inside the package (best: print the order confirmation page or write a note)
Inside note should include:
- Order Number
- Full name
- Email used at checkout
- Card count (ex: “12 cards”)
2) Prep your cards (before packaging)
Put each card in:
- Penny sleeve (preferred)
- Then into a semi-rigid (Card Saver 1) or top loader
- If using top loaders, place a pull tab (a small strip of painter’s tape folded over itself) on the sleeve—not the card—to make removal easier.
Important:
- No tape directly on cards
- Avoid sticky notes touching cards
- Keep “before/after” notes on the paper slip, not on the cards
3) Package your order (so cards can’t move)
- Stack sleeved + semi-rigid/top-loaded cards neatly
- Put the stack in a team bag (or a clean zip bag)
- Keep “before/after” notes on the paper slip, not on the cards
- Make a “cardboard sandwich”
- Place the bagged stack between two rigid pieces of cardboard
- Tape the cardboard to itself (not to the cards)
- Wrap the sandwich in bubble wrap
- Place in a sturdy corrugated box with filler so nothing shifts
Do not use:
- Plain envelopes / bubble mailers for higher-value orders
- Rubber bands on cards
- Loose packing with no padding
4) Where to mail your cards
- THOMAS M. WALKER

SUITE 302

You'll need your submission form, clear penny sleeves,semi-rigid card holders, cardboard dividers, rubber bands, a new shipping box, bubble wrap, and packing tape.
Place each card into a clear penny sleeve. Avoid solid or opaque sleeves, which can cause delays.
Slide each sleeved card into a semi-rigid holder. Make sure both sides are fully visible. Do not use toploaders, tape, pull tabs, or sticky notes.
For standard trading cards, semi-rigid holders must be 3 5/16" x 4 7/8.
Stack your cards in the exact sequence listed on your submission form, starting with Item #1 on top.
Place the stack between two cardboard or hard plastic dividers and secure it with 2–3 rubber bands. Tight enough to prevent shifting, loose enough to avoid damage.
Wrap the secured stack in packing materials and place it inside a new shipping box. Fill any empty spaces to prevent movement during transit.
