Jersey humidity and your cards
New Jersey summers are humid, and a lot of collections live in basements, attics and garages. That damp air is behind some of the most common problems we see: Pokémold specks, cards that curl or go wavy, and layers starting to separate at the corners. If a binder smells musty, check the cards inside.
How it works
- Fill out the submission form. Each card's service tier is set by its value, and you'll see your price before checkout.
- Print the prepaid FedEx 2Day label ($35 round trip) we email you, and add insurance for the trip to us.
- Put each card in a top loader closed with a team bag — no tape — include a printout of your order, and drop it at any FedEx location.
- We restore your cards and check every one before it ships back with signature required.
Standard turnaround is 24–30 business days after check-in. Expedited service is $49.99 per card with a 5–7 business day turnaround (not available for creased cards).

Are you based in New Jersey?
Yes. We work by mail, so collectors anywhere in the state can send cards with our prepaid FedEx label.
Can I drop off cards in person?
We work by mail, so every card goes through the same documented, recorded intake. Some New Jersey hobby shops are Mint Workshop Pro partners and accept submissions in store.
Do you restore sports cards and Pokémon?
Yes — Pokémon and other trading card games, plus baseball, basketball, football and hockey cards.
Can you send my cards for grading after?
Yes. We offer optional CGC grading through a third-party dealer account: $30 per card, CGC's fee included, about two weeks at CGC. The Mint Workshop isn't affiliated with CGC.
Do you serve New York and Pennsylvania too?
Yes. We take mail-in orders from across the US. Collectors in the city can see our NYC page.
